Pressed in the US by Glowing Talon, for some unknown reason the record was only up for purchase for a couple of weeks before said label went AWOL... Thanks to K for the support upto that point and getting these copies to the band.

I will forever live with regret that I slept on this album for nearly a year. I will ramble with bleary eyed delirium about how freakishly good this album is to anyone who will listen. But rather than rambling here, I'll just say that The Knocking is fiendish, sinister, and dementedly delightful. Doldrum has really delivered something otherworldly with this record.
